Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) regarding the protection of personal data, Gianluca David Studio informs you that the personal data collected, with reference to the contractual relationships established or simple requests for information, will be subject of treatment in compliance with the aforementioned legislation.

In relation to the aforementioned treatments, Gianluca David also provides the following information:

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal data collected, with your free and express consent by contacting the contact details on the site, are exclusively related to:

  • identification data necessary to satisfy the services requested by you, such as entering a quote or requesting specialized services. Data such as name, surname, address, telephone, fax, e-mail address etc.

OWNER AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (13.1 a, b)

The owner of the processing of personal data is Gianluca David. The designation of the role of Data Processor is not mandatory for professionals operating in a single form: this figure coincides with the Data Controller of the personal data to which the interested party can contact for the exercise of the rights referred to in Article 13.2 letters b, c, d. at any time, using the telephone and email indicated in the footer of the site or in the “connect” section of the menu.

PURPOSE AND METHODS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (13.1 c)

The purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows:

  • fulfillment of legal obligations related to the contractual relationship;
  • organizational management of the contractual relationship;
  • communications regarding the contractual relationship;
  • if explicitly requested, enrollment in a list of contacts for future updates and communications.

With regard to the data processed electronically, it should be noted that all those appropriate security measures have been taken to protect the data subject’s rights, freedoms and legitimate interests as per article 22.3 of the GDPR.

POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA (13.1 e, f)

In relation to the purposes indicated in points 1, 2 and 3 of the previous paragraph, the data must be communicated to the following subjects or categories of subjects indicated below:

  • Studies of accountants connected to the profession of assistance to companies when communication is necessary by law, or is in the interest of the subject;
  • Lawyers offices associated with the profession of assistance to companies when communication is mandatory by law, regularly in charge of a form of treatment in full compliance with current measures, or when communication is in the interest of the subject.

The owner also announces that he does not intend to assign data in a non-EU third country or an international non-EU organization.

STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA (13.2 a)

At the end of the service, the supply of the service or the response, the personal data will be kept assigned for historical or statistical purposes, in accordance with the law, regulations, community legislation and codes of ethics and good conduct signed under the Article 40 of the GDPR, for a period as per current legislation (usually 10 years), or, if they are not subject to any law, for a period not exceeding five years. In addition to the period, personal data will be stored anonymously, or will be destroyed.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES (13.2 b)

In relation to the aforementioned treatments, the interested party has the right to request access to his personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him or to oppose their treatment, in addition to having the right to data portability.

RIGHT TO REVOKE CONSENT (13.2 c)

If the treatment is based on consent, the owner informs the interested party that he has the right to revoke it at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation.

RIGHT TO PROPOSE COMPLAINTS (13.2 d)

The owner informs the interested party of his right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in which case he will have to ask him for information using one of the systems indicated above to contact him.

POSSIBLE EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS (13.2 f)
