渋谷区 – Shibuya-Ku

A snapshot realized in October 2019, during my trip to Japan.

Shibuya is undoubtedly one of the most dynamic areas of the city of Tokyo, and it unfolds around its station, one of the most crowded in the Japanese capital. The neighborhood is constantly lit by mega-screens, towering over all of the buildings in the area, and there is a large variety of shops (especially clothing and music) and restaurants. The young people of Shibuya express themselves through the art of cosplay and both the “ganguro” and “kogal” fashions, thus making the neighborhood even more colorful and peculiar.
